“HE WILL CARRY YOUR BURDEN”
1.Peter 5:7
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Carrying heavy burdens is often second nature. We quietly collect worries about the future, unresolved relationships, health uncertainties, and the daily grind, mistakenly believing that holding onto them gives us control. As time passes, carrying that silent burden gradually wears us down.
The Greek word Peter uses for “cast” conveys an active, deliberate release—flinging something off your shoulders and placing it entirely elsewhere. Rather than a suggestion to gently regulate your anxiety, Peter gives us instructions to completely hand it over entirely to the one who can handle it; God!.
Notice the foundation of this assurance: “Because he cares for you”. God does not ask you to let go simply to test your discipline. He invites you to hand over your worries because His heart toward you is one of tender, attentive care. You are His beloved child and you are never a burden disrupting His schedule.
Identify whatever weight you are bearing today. Meditate on the Lord by imagining releasing those specific worries directly into His hands that are infinitely stronger than your own. You were never designed to carry the weight of tomorrow. Release the grip, step into His peace, and let Him carry you instead.

                                                                                                               THINK ABOUT IT:
Why exhaust yourself carrying the weight of tomorrow when the God who sustains the universe has already asked to hold it for you?
